Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure a session or event date.

The remaining balance is typically due on the day before the session.

Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit, bank transfer, PayPal.​
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 2 days' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session within 2 months.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed; additional changes may incur a fee.

Cancellations due to emergencies or weather are handled on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show Policy

If you’re unable to make it to your session and don’t let us know in advance, we'll still need to charge the full session fee. We block off that time just for you, and last-minute no-shows make it hard to offer that spot to someone else.

If you’re running late or something comes up, just reach out as soon as you can—We're happy to work with you when possible!

No-shows forfeit their retainer and must rebook with a new deposit.
Travel Policy

Travel beyond a 30-mile radius from Langhorne, PA incurs a travel fee of $50 per session
Delivery & Turnaround Time

Edited photos are delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session/event.

Sneak peeks may be provided within 2 days.

Delivery via: downable online gallery.

RAW files are not provided.
Copyright & Usage Policy

The photographer retains full copyright to all images.

The photographer reserves the right to use photos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the client opts out in writing.
